1. The Executive Committee of Utsav Malayalee Samaj reserves the right to make decisions on all issues affecting the administration and management of the Samaj including the acceptance, rejection and cancellation of membership.

2. All members of Utsav Malayalee Samaj must abide by the association’s bylaws.

3. Members are expected to behave responsibly at all functions and gatherings organized by the association in order to foster mutual respect and harmony among members. Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary actions including revocation of membership.

4. Any issues of concern held by one or more of the members of the Samaj must be forwarded in writing to the committee for discussion and appropriate resolution.

5. The Executive Committee will periodically review the terms of membership and code of conduct and will make amendments as required.
